Return and Refund Policy

 

This policy is in accordance with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.

1. Right to Return or Exchange You have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days from the date of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

2. Condition of Goods For a return or exchange to be valid, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags attached. It must be suitable for resale.


 

3. Required Documentation All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice or a valid proof of purchase.

4. Products with Defects If a product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or does not conform to the specifications, you have the right to return it for a full refund or a replacement, even if it has been opened or used.

5. Refund Process Upon successful inspection of the returned item, a refund will be initiated. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's policies.


 

6. Exceptions to the Policy The right to return or exchange may not apply in the following cases:

  • If you were made aware of a defect at the time of purchase and accepted the product as is.


     

  • The product has been misused, damaged, or improperly installed by the customer.


     

  • The nature of the product prevents it from being returned (e.g., personal care items for hygienic reasons, or perishable goods unless they are proven to be spoiled at the time of purchase).

7. Store's Obligation We are legally prohibited from displaying phrases like "Goods sold are not returned or exchanged." Your right to a return or refund is protected by law.

8. For Further Assistance If you have any questions or need to file a complaint, you can contact the National Committee for Consumer Protection (NCCP) or the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait.
